How to make a hand blown wine glasses?

Hand blown glassware is made by the traditional craft. It has a long history. How to make a hand blown wine glasses or other glassware products? As a China glassware manufacturer and supplier, we introduce the production flow, so our customers will know clearer about the products they buy.


  • The glass material will be melted in the furnace firstly.

  •  When the glass materal is melted into liquid state. It will be take out the liquid we need by long pipe, and make a shape.

  • Blow the material into a small bubble.

  • Put the small bubble into the mold and blow it into wine glass body shape by mouth.

  • Make the stem on the wine glass body.

  • Make the bottom base.

  • Put into the annealing furnace.

  • After the glasses are cooled, cut the redundant parts on the top of wine glasses.

  • Fire-finished rim, then wash the wine glasses. 

  • Inspection the whole glass body as the production standard( we will introduce the wine glass standard in another article).

  • Packed the wine glasses or glassware items into cartons.
